Belgium - Factor: A Discipleship Experience

WHEN
Oct 6 2019 - Dec 22 2019
WHERE
BE
The purpose of Factor is to give people the opportunity to come and serve practically in Brussels, the capital of Europe. Participants will be serving in practical ways at OM Belgium’s hospitality centre while also diving into discipleship and mentorship relationships to grow deeper in their faith. During this 3 month program, participants will rub shoulders with volunteers and missionaries from around the world and who come from different walks of life and experience what World Missions is all about. Through Factor, participants will grow spiritually, emotionally and forever be impacted by God's love. Factor is an intensive time of volunteer discipleship experience in Belgium, the heart of Europe. This program is a portal for exposure to world missions, the chance to make a difference through practical service and to be personally discipled. Opportunities to travel to the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg are possible as part of the mentoring program.

MINISTRY DETAILS

Participants will be serving guests practically and could involve roles ranging from cleaning to helping with catering and/or special projects. The ZavCentre is OM Belgium’s hospitality centre which hosts volunteers, missionaries, churches and organizations from around the world. Participants will work with both short and long-term missionaries, local volunteers and teams who come and serve here in Belgium. Participants will also be discipled by our own team members and will be challenged and grown over the 3 months. The program will allow time for daily reflection, weekly discussions, and intentional study.
